Maiko ume

Made for the Art in the Garden event at Sheffield Botanical Gardens.

This is my first attempt at an senior maiko style kanzashi and it turned out ok!

A lot of little girls loved this one but it was a little out of their price range and the parents were not willing to let a 7 year old girl buy an expensive kanzashi.

I didn't make the bira bira but I am working on this believe me!
